When it is time to leave your Rockford rental, either at the end of your tenancy agreement or before, there are certain steps to follow:
We will inform you in good time of the end of the tenancy term. If you wish to stay on in the property for a further tenancy term, we will apply to the landlord on your behalf to see if that is acceptable. If you wish to leave part way through a tenancy term, you must contact us to give the agreed notice as set out in your lease agreement.
You must inform the utility companies of your move out of the property.
We will carry out a final check in the property against the inventory and inspect it for any damage.
If all is in order, we will return your deposit to you.
You must return all the keys to us.
